For younger children, we recommend brands such as Name It, Hummel and Wheat, while brands such as Mads Nørgaard, Calvin Klein and KIDS ONLY are sure to be a hit with your teenager. You'll find them all and many more right here.

Ready for all kinds of weather

There are many types of outerwear for the transitional seasons, when the weather can be unpredictable, so it can be a good idea to have more than one transitional jacket. Softshell is water-repellent and windproof, making it ideal for breezy days with light showers. For very wet days, a rain jacket is of course essential, as it is the only type that is fully waterproof. Teddy jackets are wonderfully warm and comfortable to wear, but are best suited to cold days without rain or strong winds. Thermal jackets are windproof and lightly padded. They can also be water-repellent, making them a great jacket to have in your child's wardrobe. Lightweight summer jackets are made from thin fabric and are also available in water-repellent and windproof styles. When the difficult months of changeable weather are over, temperatures begin to drop and frost sets in, it's time to bring out the winter jacket. If you're investing in a new winter jacket, pay attention to breathability and water column ratings. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend a water column rating of 5,000 mm or more and breathability of 2,000 g/m² or higher. If you have a very active girl who loves energetic outdoor play and splashing through puddles, it may be a good idea to choose higher water column and breathability ratings. You can read more about each product in its product description. If you're looking for a winter jacket for your teenage girl, you may not find water column and breathability ratings listed for the item. This is largely because needs change as your girl gets older, and outerwear designed for snowball fights is no longer essential. Looking for a lovely hat or headband to complete the outfit?
